Farmstead definition

Farmstead means an agricultural dwelling and improvements as defined within the Flagstaff County Land Use Bylaw.
Farmstead means a farm dwelling together with other farm buildings and structures incident to the operation and maintenance of the farm situated on ten (10) acres or more of land which is located outside the corporate limits of a municipality;

Farmstead means a farm dwelling together with other buildings, structures, equipment, piping, and other plumbing materials and supplies, located upon a parcel of real estate used primarily for agricultural purposes located outside the corporate limits of a municipality and not connected to a public water supply.
