Provost means the Provost of the University;
Provost means the Provost and Vice-President, Academic (UBC Vancouver), the Provost and Vice-President, Academic (UBC Okanagan), or both, as appropriate.

More Definitions of Provost

Provost means the Vice-President for Academic Affairs. When faculty serve within an administrative division headed by a Vice-President other than the Provost, then that Vice-President shall be involved in the grievance processes instead of the Provost.
Provost means the Provost of the University; and "Deputy Provost" means the Deputy Provost or other person at the rank of Vice, Senior Associate, or Associate Provost designated by the Provost.
