The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) requires a participating foreign financial institution to report all U.S. account holders that are specified U.S. persons.
The Company shall be entitled to take or avoid taking any necessary measures in order to comply with the Laws and Regulations, included but not limited to FATCA, in force from time to time.
