Future Regulations definition

Future Regulations means the solvency margin, regulatory capital or capital adequacy regulations (if any) which may be introduced in Switzerland (or if ZIG becomes domiciled for regulatory purposes in a jurisdiction other than Switzerland, such other jurisdiction) and which are applicable to the relevant Issuer and/or ZIG, which would set out the requirements to be satisfied by financial instruments in order that they be eligible to be included in Tier Two (or equivalent) own funds regulatory capital.
Future Regulations means any insurance regulatory and capital adequacy laws (for group solvency or single solvency and/or financial conglomerate purposes, as applicable) and the interpretation thereof by the Relevant Regulator or any other competent authority regarding the solvency margin, regulatory capital requirements or capital adequacy regulations (if any), which (a) may be introduced (i) in Switzerland, or (ii) if ZIC and/or ZIG becomes domiciled for regulatory purposes in a jurisdiction other than Switzerland, such other jurisdiction, and (b) which are directly applicable to the Issuer and/or Zurich Insurance Group, which would set out the requirements to be satisfied by financial instruments in order that they are eligible to be included in tier two capital (Ergänzungskapital) (or equivalent) own funds regulatory capital (such capital, “Future Tier Two Capital”);
Future Regulations means the solvency margin, regulatory capital or capital regulations (if any) to be introduced in Italy in implementation of the Solvency II Directive and which are applicable to Assicurazioni Generali, which set out, inter alia, the Tier 1 Capital Requirements.

More Definitions of Future Regulations

Future Regulations means any laws, regulations, provisions, rules of the PRC or any applicable state, provincial or municipal laws, regulations, provisions, rules or any conditions attached to any necessary Consent, arising as a result of a Change in Existing Regulation.
