FCC Authorizations definition

FCC Authorizations means all Broadcast Licenses and other licenses, permits and other authorizations issued by the FCC and held by the Parent Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of FCC Authorizations

FCC Authorizations shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.23.
FCC Authorizations means all Licenses issued or granted by the FCC in connection with the operation of the business of Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary of Parent, all renewals and extensions thereof, and all applications filed with the FCC to which Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary of Parent is a party.
