FCC Authorizations means all approvals, consents, permits, licenses, certificates, and authorizations given by the Federal Communications Commission or similar federal governmental agency to provide the telecommunications services currently provided by the Seller and to conduct its business as it is currently conducted.

FCC Authorizations means Governmental Authorizations of the FCC.

FCC Authorizations means those authorizations issued by the FCC to operate the non-wireline cellular radio telephone system and related microwave system for the Market, including those FCC Authorizations which are set forth in Seller's Disclosure Schedule.

FCC Authorizations shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.23.

FCC Authorizations means all of the licenses, approvals and permits and other Governmental Authorizations issued to the Company or its Subsidiaries by the FCC, including without limitation (i) the licenses to operate cellular systems, (ii) any microwave licenses issued by the FCC and used in connection with the Business, (iii) construction permits, if any, that have been issued by the FCC to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to construction of the Cellular Systems, (iv) any tower registrations filed in the name of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and (v) any pending applications on file with the FCC relating to any of the foregoing, all of which are listed in Section 3.6(a) of the Disclosure Schedule attached hereto.

FCC Authorizations means those Permits issued by the FCC for the operation of the Station.

FCC Authorizations means the FCC License along with any other licenses, grants or authorizations from the FCC relating to the operation of the Systems, all as set forth on Schedule 1.31.

FCC Authorizations means the authorizations issued by the FCC and described on the attached Schedule 4E.
