The Licensee will take all steps necessary or appropriate to ensure that the FCC Authorizations will at all times remain in full force and effect.
The FCC Authorizations are in full force and effect and have not been revoked, suspended, canceled, rescinded or terminated and have not expired.
For purposes of this Section 5.07, all references to material FCC Authorizations include all of the Broadcast Licenses.
