Construction Permits definition

Construction Permits means any permits issued by the Governmental Authority having jurisdiction that grant Seller the authority to develop and construct the Generating Facility on the Site. Construction Permits include conditional use permit and authority to construct.
Construction Permits means all governmental permits and licenses required by applicable law to construct the Developer Project.

More Definitions of Construction Permits

Construction Permits means, with respect to the Project, collectively, all authorizations, consents and approvals, licenses and permits given or issued by Governmental Authorities which are required for the construction of the Project and completion of the Project in accordance with all Legal Requirements, the Plans and Specifications and the other Project Documents, and for the performance and observance of all obligations and agreements of Borrower contained herein.
Construction Permits means all permits and approvals, regulatory or otherwise, required from any Governmental Authority for the construction of the Facility and identified in Exhibit D attached hereto.
