Federal Excise Tax definition

Federal Excise Tax has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Federal Excise Tax means US federal tax imposed pursuant to Section 4371 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and regulations promulgated hereunder, as amended from time to time.
Federal Excise Tax means all excise taxes paid to the government of the United States under section 4181 of Title 26 of the Internal Revenue Code imposed upon manufacturers, producers, or importers by the sale of pistols, revolvers, firearms (other than pistols and revolvers), shells and cartridges.

If the excise tax is repealed in its entirety from the Reform Act and is not replaced with a different tax, this section is not applicable.
