Federal Highway Construction Program definition

Federal Highway Construction Program means all federally-aided highway construction projects undertaken by the State at any time prior to or after (so long as any Bonds remain Outstanding) the date of execution of the Trust Agreement as part of the State’s program of transportation development and improvements.
Federal Highway Construction Program means all federally-aided highway construction projects undertaken by the Commonwealth as part of the Commonwealth’s program of transportation development and improvements at any time prior to or after the date of execution of any Supplemental Trust Agreement pledging Federal Highway Reimbursements as Additional Pledged Funds.
Federal Highway Construction Program means the state’s federally assisted highway program, as it may be provided for from time to time, including without limitation, projects financed by the issuance of bonds under this chapter or any other federal highway project previously undertaken or to be undertaken at any time hereafter while any such bonds are outstanding as part of such program.

  • Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.

  • Means and Methods of Construction means the labor, materials, temporary structures, tools, plant, and construction equipment, and the manner and time of their use, necessary to accomplish the result intended by this Contract.

  • Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater means the most recent edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation;

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.

The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • 911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.
