If the Contractor is a "motor carrier," as that term is defined in section 49 CFR Part 390, and the Contractor is subject to an order issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration that prohibits such Contractor from operating or allowing the operation of a motor vehicle, then the Contractor shall comply fully with such order.

The contractor (hereinafter includes consultants) will comply with the Acts and the Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), as they may be amended from time to time, which are herein incorporated by reference and made a part of this contract.
Vehicle shall comply with all current applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), National Highway Traffic and Safety (NHTSA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
The Contractor shall take such action with respect to any subcontract or procurement as the Florida Department of Transportation, the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Transit Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, and/or the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration may direct as a means of enforcing such provisions including sanctions for noncompliance.
