Motor Carrier Safety. The Recipient agrees that railroad signal employees and their employers must comply with the hours of service requirements of 49 U.S.C. § 21104, see 49 U.S.C. § 21104(e), and FRA’s hours of service regulation, specifically 49 C.F.R. part 228, and Section 31 of this Master Agreement does not apply to railroad signal employees concerning hours of service.
Motor Carrier Safety. To the extent applicable, the Recipient agrees to comply with, and assures the compliance of its subrecipients, lessees, third party contractors, and other Project participants with the following U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (U.S. FMCSA) regulations:
