Federal Trustees definition

Federal Trustees means any and all federal officials designated by the President under Section 1006(b)(2) of OPA, 33 U.S.C. § 2706(b)(2), or authorized under any other applicable law, to act as trustees on behalf of the public for Natural Resources in connection with the Deepwater Horizon Incident, including the Secretary of Commerce, the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of Agriculture, and the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and their respective delegates.
