Fee and Syndication Letter definition

Fee and Syndication Letter means the fee and syndication letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Borrower, the Arranger and the Administrative Agent.

Fee and Syndication Letter means that letter agreement dated March 10, 2008, addressed to the Borrower and Cadbury from the Administrative Agent and the Bookrunners and accepted by the Borrower and Cadbury on March 10, 2008, as amended on April 11, 2008.
