Examples of Fee Award and Costs in a sentence
Without affecting the finality of this Judgment in any way, this Court retains continuing and exclusive jurisdiction over: (a) the Parties for purposes of the administration, interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of the Settlement; (b) the disposition of the Settlement Fund; (c) Class Counsel’s motion for a Fee Award and Costs; (d) Class Representative’s motion for a Service Award Payment; and (e) the Settlement Class Members for all matters relating to the Action.
To the extent applicable, and unless otherwise ordered by the Court, Class Counsel shall have the sole and absolute discretion to allocate any approved Fee Award and Costs amongst Plaintiffs’ counsel and any other attorneys for Plaintiffs.
Fee Award and Costs shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator from the Settlement Fund, in the amount approved by the Court, no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.
