Fee Examiner definition

Fee Examiner means Robert M. Fishman, in his capacity as the fee examiner appointed pursuant to the Fee Examiner Order.
Fee Examiner means Justin H. Rucki of Rucki Fee Review, LLC, in his capacity as the fee examiner appointed pursuant to the Order Appointing Fee Examiner and Establishing Related Procedures for the Review of Applications of Retained Professionals, entered by the Bankruptcy Court on September 18, 2020 at Docket No. 1342, or any successor appointed by the Bankruptcy Court.
