Examples of Fee Notice in a sentence
If an objection (solely as to reasonableness) is made by any of the Fee Notice Parties within the Fee Objection Period to payment of the requested fees and expenses, then only the disputed portion of such fees and expenses shall not be paid until the objection is resolved by the applicable parties in good faith or by order of the Court, and the undisputed portion shall be promptly paid by the Debtors.
Within ten (10) calendar days after delivery of such invoices (the “Fee Objection Period”), without further order of, or application to, the Court or notice to any other party, such fees and expenses shall be promptly paid by the Debtors unless a written objection is made by any of the Fee Notice Parties.
If a written objection is made by any of the Fee Notice Parties within the Fee Objection Period to the reasonableness of the requested fees and expenses, then only the disputed portion of such fees and expenses shall be withheld until the objection is resolved by the applicable parties in good faith or by order of the Bankruptcy Court, and the undisputed portion shall be promptly paid by the Debtors.
Absent written objection by any of the Fee Notice Parties within the ten-day objection period, the DIP Lender Expenses shall be promptly paid by the Debtors.
Any objection to the Fee Notice shall set forth the amount of the Fee to which the party is objecting and the reasons for the objection.
