Fee Order definition

Fee Order means the Bankruptcy Court’s Administrative Order, Pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 331 of the Bankruptcy Code, Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses of Professionals dated July 15, 2010 (Docket No. 233) in the Chapter 11 Cases, as may have been amended or supplemented from time to time.
Fee Order means the Order Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses of Professionals [Docket No. 201] entered by the Bankruptcy Court on May 26, 2015.
Fee Order means any order establishing procedures for interim compensation and reimbursement of expenses of Professionals that may be entered by the Bankruptcy Court.
