Fees Letter definition

Fees Letter means the letter from the Facility Agent to the Parent dated on or about the Signing Date setting out details of certain fees payable by the Parent in connection with the Facilities;
Fees Letter means the letter executed on the same date as this Agreement and made between the Borrowers and the Agent in relation to certain of the fees referred to in clause 5.1;
