FERC Project Area definition

FERC Project Area means that portion of authority land that is subject to the FERC License before the date of decommissioning, as the land is identified and defined in the FERC License, as may be amended at any time and from time to time, and which FERC Project Area may move or change over time due to natural forces.

Examples of FERC Project Area in a sentence

  • The transfer of any portion of the Roads located within the FERC Project Area shall be in accordance with the FERC License and may be in the form of a grant of a right-of-way or easement, unless otherwise authorized by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:
