FIFA Delegation means the delegation appointed by FIFA for the Competitions, including certain Competition-related Events, comprising (i) FIFA Committee Members, (ii) staff, consultants and temporary support personnel of FIFA and any FIFA subsidiary companies, (iii) FIFA’s guests, (including VIP and VVIP guests) and (iv) any other individuals nominated by FIFA as being a member of such delegation.

  • MATCH shall have the exclusive right, subject to payment to Hotel at the “Net FIFA World Cup™ Rate" (as defined below) for use of the FIFA World Cup™ Rooms, to use or assign or transfer (for any value MATCH shall determine) the FIFA World Cup™ Rooms to third parties, including without limitation, the FIFA Delegation, the Organising Association’s officials and guests, the commercial affiliates and broadcast rights holders, tour operators and spectators.

The investment facilitator/advisor is not authorized to perform the Distribution Functions. The Management Company shall compensate the Investment Facilitators.

  • Compliance Committee means the committee referenced under the Federated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, consisting of, among others, the Chief Compliance Officer, the General Counsel, the Chief Audit Executive and the Chief Risk Officer.

  • Delegated Regulation means the Commission Delegated Regulationsupplementing Directive 2014/91/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014, once it has entered into force and is directly effective in Ireland;

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • Nominations Committee means the nominations committee established pursuant to Article 100(k).

  • Minister means the Minister in the Government of the State for the time being responsible for the administration of the Act to ratify this Agreement and pending the passing of that Act means the Minister for the time being designated in a notice from the State to the Company and includes the successors in office of the Minister;

  • Joint Powers Agreement means that certain Joint Powers Agreement dated June 27, 2017, as amended from time to time, under which Buyer is organized as a Joint Powers Authority in accordance with the Joint Powers Act.

  • Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of the County.

  • Council of Ministers means the Council of Ministers of the Community established by Article 9 of the Treaty;

  • Sponsoring organization means any organization that establishes,

  • Contracting Officer means the person designated by the Director or his duly authorized representative to execute this Agreement on the behalf of the Judiciary, and any other successor Contracting Officer who has responsibility for this agreement. The term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the authorized representative of a Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his written authority.
