End-use means the light, heat, cooling, refrigeration, motor drive, microwave energy, video or audio signal, computer processing, electrolytic process, or other useful work produced by equipment using electricity.
land use means the purpose for which land is or may be used lawfully in terms of a land use scheme, existing scheme or in terms of any other authorisation, permit or consent issued by a competent authority, and includes any conditions related to such land use purposes;
Licensed Use means the Licensor’s permitted use of the Licensed Data under the PSGA Member Licence. Login Details means the unique identifiers assigned to the Licensor when it entered into the PSGA Member Licence enabling access to the On-Line Ordering Service. On-Line Ordering Service means the service accessed by entering the Licensor’s Login Details where indicated on OS’s Website. OS means Ordnance Survey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 09121572) whose registered address is at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, XXXXXXXXXXX, XX00 0XX. OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).
Business use means the use of a manufactured home for a purpose other than as a permanent or temporary dwelling.
Intended Use means a building product and the use thereof, for which the building product is intended to be, or is reasonably likely to be, associated with a building.
Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit "A" or stated in the Service Agreement, or authorized under the statutes referred to herein by this DPA. Transportation district means a district organized under ORS 267.510 to 267.650.
Generally applicable environmental radiation standards means standards issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the authority of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, that impose limits on radiation exposures or levels, or concentrations or quantities of radioactive material, in the general environment outside the boundaries of locations under the control of persons possessing or using radioactive material.
Permitted Use , in relation to a property, means the limited purposes for which the property may be used in terms of –
Manufacture means the production of products in a factory using labour, materials, components and machinery and includes other related value-adding activities.
Public use means a publicly owned project or a privately owned project that is available for use by the public.
Approved Use means the use of the Project for the operation of a Healthcare Facility as a ___ ____ [insert type of facility] with __ __ [beds/units] [of which not less than __ ___ [beds/units] are [to be] in use] and such other uses as may be approved in writing from time to time by HUD based upon a request made by the Borrower, Operator, or Master Tenant, but excluding any uses that are discontinued with the written approval of HUD. Master Tenant shall ensure that use of the Healthcare Facility is in accordance with the Approved Use.
Unsuitable for Its Primary Intended Use means that, by reason of damage or destruction, or a partial Taking by Condemnation, the Facility cannot be operated on a commercially practicable basis for its Primary Intended Use, taking into account, all relevant factors, and the effect of such damage or destruction or partial Taking.
Restricted use pesticide means any pesticide or device which, when used as directed or in accordance with a widespread and commonly recognized practice, the director determines, subsequent to a hearing, requires additional restrictions for that use to prevent unreasonable adverse effects on the environment including people, lands, beneficial insects, animals, crops, and wildlife, other than pests.
Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.
Processes with Significant Environmental Aspects means the Equipment which, during regular operation or if not properly operated or maintained, may cause or are likely to cause an adverse effect.
Conservation district means the same as that term is defined in Section 17D-3-102.
Public Improvements means only the following improvements: housing facilities; garbage disposal plants; rubbish disposal plants; incinerators; transportation systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; sewage disposal systems, including sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of sewage or industrial wastes; storm water systems, including storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of storm water; water supply systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with obtaining a water supply, the treatment of water, or the distribution of water; utility systems for supplying light, heat, or power, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; approved cable television systems, approved cable communication systems, or telephone systems, including plants, works,
Environmental information means any information in written, visual, aural, electronic or any other material form on:
Initial Environmental Examination or “IEE” means the initial environmental examination for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
Flood Boundary and Floodway Map (FBFM means an official map of a community, issued by the FEMA, on which the Special Flood Hazard Areas and the floodways are delineated. This official map is a supplement to and shall be used in conjunction with the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM).
Farm use means used in farming, including use in a tractor or other farm machines used directly in farming, in a furnace heating a farm building, in providing lighting in farm buildings, and use in operating motors of machines used directly in farming.
Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.
Exemption Area means the real property located in the Borough of Brooklyn, City and State of New York, identified as Block 4329, Lot 1 on the Tax Map of the City of New York.
Land Use Regulations means all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and plans relating to or governing the use of development of land in the City, including but not limited to environmental, zoning and building code laws and regulations.
Permitted Uses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2.
