The sporting power delegated to NMSF by the FIA, CIK, FIM, FIM AFRICA and NNSC shall cause the NMSF to constitute appropriate bodies to exercise the executive and judicial powers and functions under these rules in accordance with the NMSF Constitution and By-Laws and in terms of the sporting codes of the FIA, CIK and FIM, FIM AFRICA.
