FIM Regulations definition

FIM Regulations means the sporting, technical and other rules and regulations that are applicable to the Competitions and each appendixes thereto and code and other documents referred to therein (including the FIM Road Racing Endurance World Championship and Cup Regulations and its supplementary regulations thereto, FIM’s Sporting Code, Disciplinary and Arbitration Code, Medical Code, Anti-Doping Code, Environmental Code, Code of Ethics and Circuit Standards) each as adopted, approved, supplemented and/or amended from time to time by the FIM in accordance with its statutes and by-laws.
