Final Clearance definition

Final Clearance means the final clearance given by the Client upon successful completion of all the Services as specified in Scope of Services.
Final Clearance means either a United States Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") letter of no objection for the Product or the coating currently used for the Product or written approval by the FDA of a Feed Additive Petition submitted by Agway for the Product or the coating currently used for the Product.

Related to Final Clearance

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Clearance System means the principal domestic clearance system customarily used for settling trades with respect to the Underlying as determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith.
