Final Commissioning Date definition

Final Commissioning Date means the last date upon which an "Acceptance ------------------------ Certificate" (as defined in Section 9.1 of the Equipment Acquisition Agreement) may be issued by Ericsson in respect of any Eligible Swedish Goods and Services in respect of which a Disbursement Claim has or may be made hereunder.
Final Commissioning Date means the time when VAA signs off indicating the acceptance of equipment, software and that any deficiencies have been corrected.
