Final Commissioning Date definition

Final Commissioning Date means the last date upon which an "Acceptance ------------------------ Certificate" (as defined in Section 9.1 of the Equipment Acquisition Agreement) may be issued by Ericsson in respect of any Eligible Swedish Goods and Services in respect of which a Disbursement Claim has or may be made hereunder.
Final Commissioning Date means the date on which the Authority certifies completion of Pre- Go Live Phase of the Project as detailed in Schedule 2;
