Final Completion Certificates definition

Final Completion Certificates means, collectively, the Final Completion Certificates in the forms of Exhibits W-13, W-14, W-15, and W-16, to the Disbursement Agreement to be delivered by the Company, the Construction Consultant, the Project Architect and the Prime Contractor, respectively. "Final Completion Date" means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
Final Completion Certificates means, collectively, the Final Completion Certificates for an Active Phase in the form of Exhibits W-5 through W-8 annexed hereto to be delivered by the Borrower and each Certifying Consultant, respectively.
Final Completion Certificates means, as the context requires, certificates of the Borrower and the Independent Engineer, in substantially the form of Exhibit R-1 and R-2 confirming that Final Completion has occurred.
