Final Completion Certificates means, collectively, the Final Completion Certificates in the forms of Exhibits W-13, W-14, W-15, and W-16, to the Disbursement Agreement to be delivered by the Company, the Construction Consultant, the Project Architect and the Prime Contractor, respectively. Related to Final Completion Certificates

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.
