Final Expenditure Report definition

Final Expenditure Report means a report which lists all expenditures made by a Subrecipient usingState Fiscal Recovery Funds (“SFRF”) and which contains a statement executed by the Authorized Representative that there are no other outstanding commitments or obligations for which disbursement will be sought under this Agreement.

  • Capital Expenditure Reserve means, on an annual basis, an amount equal to $0.15 per square foot for each property owned by a Borrower or the Parent (or a Subsidiary thereof).
