Final Map Property definition

Final Map Property means, in any Fiscal Year, all SFD Lots created within Final Maps that had recorded prior to June 30 of the preceding Fiscal Year and which have not yet become Developed Property.
Final Map Property means, in any Fiscal Year, all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which a Final Map had recorded prior to June 1 of the preceding Fiscal Year and which have not yet become Developed Property, excluding Taxable HOA Property, Taxable Multi-Family Property, and Taxable Public Property.
Final Map Property means, in any Fiscal Year, all Parcels in CFD No. 2005-1 for which a Final Map has been recorded prior to or on May 1 of any Fiscal Year, which are not yet Developed Property and which, based on the Zoning Designations for the Parcels, are not expected to be For Sale Multi-Family Property, Rental Multi-Family Property, Automall (as defined above) or Non-Residential Property when a building permit is issued.

  • Step 2: If additional revenue is needed after Step 1 in order to meet the Special Tax Requirement after Capitalized Interest has been applied to reduce the Special Tax Requirement, the Special Tax shall be levied Proportionately on each Parcel of Final Map Property up to 100% of the Maximum Special Tax for each Parcel of Final Map Property until the amount levied is equal to the Special Tax Requirement.

  • If additional revenue is needed after Step 1 to meet the Special Tax Requirement after Capitalized Interest has been applied to reduce the Special Tax Requirement, the Special Tax will be levied Proportionately on Final Map Property up to 100% of the Maximum Special Tax for each Assessor’s Parcel of Final Map Property.

  • Step 2: If additional revenue is needed after Step 1, the CFD Administrator shall determine rates on each Assessor’s Parcel of Final Map Property (up to 100% of the applicable Maximum Special Tax within each Tax Zone) until the total amount levied is equal to the Special Tax Requirement for the Fiscal Year.
