Plan of Allocation means the proposed plan of allocation of the Net Settlement Fund set forth in the Notice.
Final Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Initial Allocation means the conditional setting aside by MBOH of HCs from a particular year’s federal LIHTC allocation to the state for purposes of later Carryover Commitment and/or Final Allocation to a particular Project, as documented by and subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in a written Reservation Agreement, the Applicable QAP and federal law.
Tax Allocation Agreement means the Tax Allocation Agreement between Corporation and New D&B.
Cost Allocation Plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.
Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Government guaranteed securities, which may be held without limit:
conditional allocation ’ means an allocation to a province or municipality from the national government’s share of revenue raised nationally, envisaged in section 214(1)(c) of the Constitution, as set out in Schedule 4, 5, 6 or 7;
Qualified Allocation Plan or “QAP” means this Qualified Allocation Plan, which was adopted by Board Action on November 16, 2016 and made effective as of January 1, 2017, and which was approved by the Governor of the State of New Mexico pursuant to Section 42(m)(1)(B) of the Code and sets forth the Project Selection Criteria and the preferences for Projects which will receive Tax Credits.
Allocation Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.
Authorized Allocation means an amount equivalent to $1,000,000 to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the Special Account pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule.
Load allocation means the portion of a receiving water's loading capacity that is allocated to one
Class B Fixed Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period following the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the Revolving Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the Revolving Period.
Agreed Allocation means any allocation, other than a Required Allocation, of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1, including a Curative Allocation (if appropriate to the context in which the term “Agreed Allocation” is used).
Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.
Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or
Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement means the agreement of that name approved by XXX;
Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.
Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.
Distribution Date Statement As defined in Section 4.02(a).
Allocation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
Settlement Class Members means a member of a Settlement Class.
Tax Allocations means the allocations set forth in paragraph 4 of Exhibit B.
Numbering Plan Area (NPA) , also called area code, means the three (3)-digit code that occupies the A, B, C positions in the ten (10)-digit NANP format that applies throughout the NANP Area. NPAs are of the form NXX, where N represents the digits two (2) through nine (9) and X represents any digit zero (0) through nine (9). In the NANP, NPAs are classified as either geographic or non-geographic. Geographic NPAs are NPAs which correspond to discrete geographic areas within the NANP Area. Non-geographic NPAs are NPAs that do not correspond to discrete geographic areas, but which are instead assigned for services with attributes, functionalities, or requirements that transcend specific geographic boundaries. For example, NPAs in the N00 format, (e.g., 800, 900) are non- geographic.
Taxable Allocation means, with respect to any Series, the allocation of any net capital gains or other income taxable for federal income tax purposes to a dividend paid in respect of such Series.
Purchase Price Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(f)(ii).
