Final Project Proposal definition

Final Project Proposal means the project proposal submitted to SDC in view of the final approval of a project to be implemented in the framework of the Swiss-Croatian Cooperation Programme and identified in Annex 1 of the Framework Agreement related to Human and Social Development.

Related to Final Project Proposal

  • approved proposal means a proposal approved or deemed to be approved under this Agreement;

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Xxxxxx Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;
