Financial Category definition

Financial Category means the financial limit as determined by the Government Registration Authorities up to which the company or corporation is allowed to participate in any one single tender.

Financial Category means the financial grade, financial limit or tendering limit where applicable as determined by the Government Registration Authorities up to which the Tenderer is allowed to participate in any one single tender.

• The above-required insurance is to be placed with insurers who have an A.M. Best rating of no less than A- (A minus) and a Financial Category rating of no less than VII.
