Financial interest in any property definition

Financial interest in any property means the ability to claim full or partial legal ownership of the property and/or a future or contingent interest in the property including, without limitation, fee ownership, easement and option rights and loans or other interests secured by the property.

  • Consolidated Total Assets means, at any time, the total assets of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, determined on a consolidated basis, as set forth or reflected on the most recent consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Capital Leases means, as applied to any Person, any lease of (or any agreement conveying the right to use) any property (whether real, personal or mixed) by such Person as lessee which in accordance with GAAP, is required to be reflected as a liability on the balance sheet of such Person.
