Financial Investors definition

Financial Investors means the financial investors of the Company as set forth in Schedule A hereto.

Financial Investors means each of (i) DLJ, (ii) the GSCP Parties and (iii) Providence, collectively.

Financial Investors shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Financial Investors means the Foundation Members and each other Member designated as a Financial Investor in connection with the issuance of any Units to such Member.

Financial Investors shall have the meanings set forth in the preamble to this Agreement as updated pursuant to Section 2.2(c), in each case who hold as of such date of determination Equity Securities of the Company.

Financial Investors means Sands Capital, the Accel Investors and the Summit Investors.
