Financial Reporting Package definition

Financial Reporting Package means the financial reports and other information set forth in Schedule C hereto.
Financial Reporting Package means the nonstate entities’ financial statements, Schedule of State Financial Assistance, auditor’s reports, man- agement letter, auditee’s written responses or corrective action plan, corre- spondence on followup of prior years’ corrective actions taken, and such other information determined by the Auditor General to be necessary and consistent with the purposes of this section.
Financial Reporting Package means the profit and loss statements for each Brand as well as any additional revenue and other financial information included in the monthly and annual reporting packages provided by Seller to Buyer.

  • The Ambac Parties shall make each Financial Reporting Package publicly available when delivered (or required to be delivered) pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence (as in effect on the date hereof), except for information set forth in Part II of Schedule C.
