Financial Submittal definition

Financial Submittal means the documentation and information described in Section 3.7.1 of Volume 1 of this RFP and comprising Package 4 as described in Appendix A of Volume 1 of this RFP, and submitted in response to and in accordance with this RFP, together with all clarifications, rectifications, and more complete, supplementary and additional information or documentation submitted by the Proponent in response to any request of the Province.

Examples of Financial Submittal in a sentence

  • Best pricing is expected to be put forward, as contemplated in Attachment 2, Vendor Questions and Financial Submittal.

  • The Province will, subject to the terms of this RFP, invite each Proponent that has delivered a Technical Submittal that substantially satisfies the requirements of this RFP and that otherwise is considered, in accordance with this RFP, to be eligible to receive such an invitation, to submit a Financial Submittal.

  • The Province may at any time and from time to time, by Addendum sent to the Proponents (whether or not actually received by the Proponents), amend, including by extension, the Technical Submittal Deadline and/or the Financial Submittal Deadline.

  • The Province is willing to provide interest rate movement certainty to Proponents from the Financial Submittal to the Effective Date or the Credit Spread Refresh Lock-in Date, as appropriate, if certain conditions are met.

  • The Authority will, subject to the terms of this RFP, invite each Proponent that has delivered a Technical Submittal that substantially satisfies the requirements of this RFP and that otherwise is considered, in accordance with this RFP, to be eligible to receive such an invitation, to submit a Financial Submittal.

  • The Bidder must demonstrate its qualifications to meet the requirements of this RFP, including identification of key Bidder personnel and their relevant expertise, the Bidder’s experience with contracts of this magnitude and scope, financial ability to handle the volume and revenue anticipated under the Contract, (as specified in Attachment 2 – Bidder Response Forms Part II - Financial Submittal), and its integrity and reliability.

  • Method Detection Limit (MDL means the minimum concentration of a substance (analyte) that can be measured and reported with 99 percent confidence that the analyte concentration is greater than zero and is determined from analysis of a sample in a given matrix containing the analyte.

  • Alternative Compliance Payment or "ACP" means a payment of a certain dollar amount per megawatt hour, which a Retail Electricity Supplier may submit in lieu of supplying the minimum percentage of RECs required under Section 3.3.4 of this Regulation.
