Emergency Vehicles Clause Samples

The Emergency Vehicles clause establishes the rights and procedures related to the access and movement of emergency vehicles within a property or project area. Typically, it ensures that fire trucks, ambulances, and police vehicles can enter, exit, and traverse the premises without obstruction, sometimes requiring that certain pathways or access points remain clear at all times. This clause is essential for maintaining safety standards and compliance with local regulations, as it guarantees that emergency responders can act quickly in urgent situations, thereby protecting occupants and property.
