Officers Employees may have access to the firearms range at other times for practice at their own expense, provided that: (1) space is available; (2) a State Police Range Officer or pre-approved municipal police firearms range instructor is present for the purpose of supervision; and (3) at a firearms range other than previously listed a Parole Firearms instructor is present.
