Training and Qualification. Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx shall ensure that all personnel performing the functions to support the systems outlined in this agreement are trained according to Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx SOP. Training program documents are available for review during annual audits. Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx will provide personnel qualified and trained to perform and supervise operations related to the Product. Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx will also provide written job descriptions for positions responsible for processing the Product.

Individuals who perform work under this contract must have the following skills and experience. • Minimum Education of a BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of five (5) years’ related project controls and/or project management experience. • Must have advanced experience in Primavera P6 and be proficient in Deltek Cobra and Microsoft Excel or similar cost baseline programs. • An advanced skill level (minimum of five years’ experience) in long range performance measurement baseline planning and near-term field execution planning with project scheduling utilizing various project controls tools. • Individuals must be proficient at schedule development and analysis; knowledge and experience in planning, program/project baseline development, reporting, and change management; and Earned Value Management. • Prior experience supporting and/or performing the activities described above at the Hanford Site is preferred.
B. Contractor employees shall be U.S. citizens, fluent in the English language, able to communicate orally and in writing, and have a basic familiarity with general office procedures.
C. Buyer shall provide Contractor staff task or facility specific training as required for site and facility access and safe performance of assigned tasks.

Training and Qualification. Vendor shall ensure all Security Officers providing services to GICH under this Agreement have been sufficiently trained in protecting GICH’s Premises, GICH’s personnel, patients and visitors from harm, to the extent possible. In addition, Vendor agrees GICH may require Vendor and/or Security Officers to undergo training on GICH- specific policies and procedures, determined by GICH to be required for the provision of services under this Agreement. Vendor shall see to it all Security Officers provided under this agreement have obtained all proper licenses. All Security Officers provided by Vendor shall wear the Grand Itasca Hospital and Clinic identification card, the uniform provided by the Grand Rapids Police Department, and possess a valid Minnesota driver’s license or Minnesota identification card issued by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. If driving is a requirement of Security Officers, a valid Minnesota driver’s license is mandatory. All Security Officers shall have satisfactorily passed a criminal and employment background check in accordance with the City of Grand Rapids employment policies. In addition, Vendor shall verify that no Security Officer providing security services under this Agreement is excluded from participation in Federal Health Care Programs by querying the Officer of Inspector General Online Database, available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/exclusions/index.asp. All Security Officers shall possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and shall have the ability to speak, read, and write the English language; understand and carry out oral and written directions, write accurate and clear reports; monitor environmental and electronic security systems. All Security Officers assigned work under this Agreement shall have a physical examination and be in good physical condition, which enables him/her to perform the full range of security work. Security Officers must be fully capable of performing work requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion under either normal or emergency conditions, in accordance with current City of Grand Rapids employment policies. Vendor shall provide to GICH, upon request, evidence that all Security Officers assigned to the Premises under this Agreement have passed a pre-employment drug screening examination in accordance with current City of Grand Rapids approved hiring practices. Training and Qualification. A. Individuals who perform work under this contract must have the following skill level. Evidence of qualifications will be provided to the buyer with the contractor’s proposal.
1. Bachelor of Science degree in a physical science, environmental, regulatory or technical discipline, or a related field AND 15 years of experience performing CERCLA and RCRA work including: environmental work plan and document preparation, field remediation and characterization activities, regulator and client interface, technical waste site history and processes research, and regulation research and interpretation.
2. Demonstrated source area waste site evaluation specialized experience supporting Hanford Site Central Plateau projects that includes a minimum knowledge (3 years’ experience) supporting 200-WA-1 OU waste sites.
3. Two (2) or more years of demonstrated technical skills defining and evaluating waste sites as well as the Representative Analogous Site Coordinating Agency Liaisons (RASCAL) field characterization approach for representative and analogous sites.
B. The Contractor is expected to provide appropriately trained and qualified staff to perform the type of work associated with their skill of craft at the Hanford site. This shall include necessary expertise and training, including continuing training programs to assure Contractor personnel maintain a current understanding of laws, requirements, and industry standards. Contractor or individual is responsible for obtaining, paying for and maintaining the required certifications.
C. CPCCo shall provide Contractor staff task or facility specific training as required for site and facility access and safe performance of assigned tasks.
Training and Qualification. Contractor shall ensure that assigned personnel have the appropriate education, training, experience and skills to accurately perform the work of the Contract Release. Specific requirements are identified under individua l Releases Contractor shall ensure that its personnel meet and maintain the appropriate training, qualification and certification requirements. Hanford site-specific general training requirements to safely perform this work are identified below.
1. All Contractor personnel shall complete CPCCo General Employee Training, previously Hanford General Employee training (HGET) (4-hour average per individual) computer orientation. (Retraining is required once per year).
2. The Contractor shall request CPCCo to provide the Hanford Site specific training for only those personnel that are performing work requiring the training specific to work under the SOW. Required OSHA special hazard training (with the exception of training courses that are only offered by the Site) and Job Specific Training shall be provided by the Contractor. For previous training to be acceptable for Hanford Site qualification, documented evidence must include type and class of equipment. For qualifications not related to equipment operation, personnel must have documented evidence of training and experience related to the activity as specified by DOE/RL-92-36. The Contractor must submit documentation attesting to completion of the required training, or its equivalent. Additionally, the Contractor shall submit certification documentation for personnel performing job functions that require specialized training. The above requirements shall be verified through CPCCo Training. Once this verification is complete, CPCCo Training Coordinator will notify the BTR and Contract Specialist indicating that the work crew’s training requirements have been completed. If evidence of training course completion is requested by CPCCo Training Coordinator, this shall also be provided upon request. The required training shall be completed prior to start of work. CPCCo will be responsible for providing Hanford required training classes. The Contractor shall be responsible for the labor hours of classroom training.
Training and Qualification. Principle: At least annually, all fully commissioned officers, court compliance officers, and Reserve Officers, authorized to carry firearms, or electronic controlled weapons are required to receive in-service training on the department’s force response policies. The training may be in conjunction with firearms qualifications, defensive tactics training, in shift briefings, or other training forums. In-service training for less lethal weapons shall occur at least biennially.
