First Licence Year definition

First Licence Year means a period of twelve (12) months commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the last calendar day of such twelve (12) months period;

Examples of First Licence Year in a sentence

  • Hie authority shall issue this licence subject to the payment of a broadcasting as stipulated in section 51 (1) (a) of the Act, in the amount of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of USS 2,500.00 in respect of the First Licence Year and subsequent years on or before each and every anniversary of the effective date.

  • In addition to broadcasting fees, the Licensee is also obliged to pay— Radio Licence (frequency) fee of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$1780.00 per assigned broadcasting frequency for the First Licence Year and Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$890.00 the second year and thereafter;(б) Studio Transmitter Links (STLs) frequency fee of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$356.00 per link.(c) The Authority reserves the right to review any amount of fees chargeable under this Licence.

  • The authority shall issue this licence subject to the payment of a broadcasting as stipulated in section 51 (1) (a) of the Act, in the amount of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$ 5,000.00 in respect of the First Licence Year and subsequent years on or before each and every anniversary of the effective date.

  • In addition to broadcasting fees the Licensee is also obliged to pay— (а) Radio Licence (frequency) fee of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$712.00 per assigned broadcasting frequency for the First Licence Year and Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$356.00 the second year and thereafter; (б) Studio Transmitter Links (STLs) frequency fee of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$356.00 per link.

  • Radio Licence (frequency) fee of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$1780.00 per assigned broadcasting frequency for the First Licence Year and Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$890.00 the second year and thereafter; (5) Studio Transmitter Links (STLs) frequency fee of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$356.00 per link.

  • The Authority shall issue this Licence subject to the payment of a Broadcasting Licence fee as stipulated in section 51 (1) (a) ofthe Act, in the amount of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of USS 5,000.00 in respect ofthe First Licence Year, and subsequently on or before each and every anniversary of the Effective.

  • The Authority shall issue this Licence subject to the payment of a Broadcasting Licence fee as stipulated in section51 (1) (a) of the Act, in the amount of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$3,000.00 in respect of the First Licence Year, and subsequently on or before each and every anniversary of the Effective.

  • In addition to broadcasting fees, the Licensee is also obliged to pay— (а) Radio Licence (frequency) fee of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$1780.00 per assigned broadcasting frequency for the First Licence Year and Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$890.00 the second year and thereafter; (б) Studio Transmitter Links (STLs) frequency fee of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$356.00 per link.

  • The Authority shall issue this Licence subject to the payment of a Broadcasting Licence fee as stipulated in section 51(1) (a) of the Act, in the amount of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$ 5,000.00 in respect ofthe First Licence Year, and subsequently on or before each and every anniversary of the Effective.

  • Upon the issuance of this Licence, the Licensee shall pay to the Authority a Broadcasting Licence fee as stipulated in section 51 (1) (a) of the Act, in the amount of Malawian Kwacha equivalent of US$ 5,000.00 in respect of the First Licence Year.

Related to First Licence Year

  • Licence Year means a period of 12 (twelve) calendar months commencing on the Validity Date or any anniversary of the Validity Date during the subsistence of the Agreement.

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990; S. 3(1) def. of "fish" inserted by No. 40/2002 s. 3(a).
