First Lien Bonds definition

First Lien Bonds means the Series 2015 Bonds and any Additional First Lien Bonds that are secured by a lien that is a first lien on the Net Revenues of the System, senior in standing and priority of lien with respect to the Net Revenues to the claim of any Junior Lien Bonds.
First Lien Bonds means any bonds or other obligations that may be issued or incurred by the City in the future payable from the Revenues of the System secured by a lien that is a first lien on the Net Revenues of the System, senior in standing and priority of lien with respect to the Net Revenues to the claim of the Junior Lien Bonds.
First Lien Bonds means obligations that have a first lien on the Tax Increment Revenues and are issued in compliance with Section 5 of the First Lien Bond Declaration. The First Lien Bond Declaration refers to First Lien Bonds as “Bonds.”

  • If a Bond Purchase Contract for the Series 2016 First Lien Bonds has not been executed by October 31, 2016, the authorization for the issuance of the Series 2016 First Lien Bonds shall be rescinded, and the Series 2016 First Lien Bonds shall not be issued nor their sale approved unless the Series 2016 First Lien Bonds shall have been re-authorized by resolution of the Commission.

  • After the transfers required above, there shall first be transferred quarterly from the Receiving Fund, and deposited in the First Lien Redemption Account, for payment of principal of and interest on the First Lien Bonds, a sum equal to at least one-half (1/2) of the amount of interest due on First Lien Bonds on the next ensuing interest payment dates plus not less than one-fourth (1/4) of the principal maturing on First Lien Bonds on the next ensuing principal payment dates in each year.

  • The Registrar may become the Registered Owner of any Series 2016 First Lien Bond with the same rights it would have if it were not the Registrar, and to the extent permitted by law, may act as depository for and permit any of its officers or directors to act as member of, or in any other capacity with respect to, any committee formed to protect the rights of the Registered Owners of the Series 2016 First Lien Bonds.

  • In the case of any transfer pursuant to clause (A) or (B) of subsection (1) above, the Registrar shall, upon receipt of all outstanding Series 2016 First Lien Bonds, together with a written request on behalf of the Port, issue a single new Series 2016 First Lien Bond for each series and maturity then outstanding, registered in the name of such successor or substitute depository, or its nominee, all as specified in such written request of the Port.

  • In determining whether a payment default has occurred or whether a payment on the Series 2016 First Lien Bonds has been made under this series resolution, no effect shall be given to payments made under the Bond Insurance Policy, if any.

First Lien Bonds means the Series 1987 Bonds and any Parity First Lien Obligations subsequently issued in accordance with Section F of this Administrative Restatement.
