Series 1987 Bonds definition

Series 1987 Bonds means the Issuer's Variable Rate Demand Gas and Water Facilities Refunding Revenue Bonds (Sierra Pacific Power Company Project) Series 1987, currently outstanding in the aggregate principal amount of $45,000,000.
Series 1987 Bonds means the first series of First Lien Bonds issued under the Master First Lien Bond Ordinance.
Series 1987 Bonds means the Authority’s Health Care Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 1987, which were issued pursuant to the Indenture in the aggregate principal amount of $44,045,000. The Series 1987 Bonds have been refunded and retired and are no longer outstanding under the Indenture.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.
