First Lien Notes Collateral Agent definition

First Lien Notes Collateral Agent means such agent or trustee as is designated “First Lien Notes Collateral Agent” by the First Lien Notes Secured Parties holding a majority in principal amount of the First Lien Notes Obligations then outstanding; it being understood that as of the Issue Date, U.S. Bank National Association shall be so designated First Lien Notes Collateral Agent.

First Lien Notes Collateral Agent means Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as collateral agent under the First Lien Notes.

First Lien Notes Collateral Agent means the trustee under the First-Lien Notes Indenture, in its capacity as collateral agent for the holders of First-Lien Notes, together with its successors in such capacity.
