First Notice Date definition

First Notice Date means with respect to a Reference Commodity and any given month’s futures or options contract for such Reference Commodity on the Relevant Exchange, the first day on which a notice of intent to deliver such Reference Commodity in fulfillment of such given month's futures or options contract can be made by the Relevant Exchange to a buyer of such contract.
First Notice Date means, in respect of a Futures Contract, the first date after which a party to the contract may be required to deliver or take possession of, as applicable, the specified amount of the underlying commodity in respect of such Futures Contract as determined by the relevant Exchange.
First Notice Date means, with respect to a Designated Contract, the first day on which a notice of intent to deliver can be made, as sourced from the Bloomberg Professional Service Data Field (FDLI) “FUT_NOTICE_FIRST” for such Designated Contract.

  • Under no circumstances shall any present or future partner of Landlord (if Landlord is a partnership), or trustee or beneficiary (if Landlord or any partner of Landlord is a trust), have any liability for the performance of Landlord's obligations under this Lease.

First Notice Date means the first day on which notice of intent to deliver a commodity in fulfilment of an expiring contract can be given to the relevant clearinghouse by a seller and assigned by the clearinghouse to a buyer, as defined by the relevant Recognised Exchange.
