First Operation definition

First Operation means the first date of receipt of waste for incineration, after Cessation of Commissioning;
First Operation means the first date of receipt of waste for incineration, after the Cessation of the Commissioning activities;
First Operation means the first burning of waste for incineration, after the Cessation of the Commissioning activities;

Examples of First Operation in a sentence

  • The Delivery Year Requirement, with respect to a Utility-Scale Solar Project or a Xxxxxxxxxx Project where the Date of First Operation has occurred, shall be the quantity of RECs for a given Delivery Year equal to the multiplicative product of (a) the Delivery Year Allocation Factor and (b) the Maximum Contract Quantity.

  • Such documentation and verification must be provided to the IPA within the later of: five (5) Business Days of the Effective Date of this Agreement or within five (5) Business Days of the Date of First Operation of the Project.

  • Additionally, the Minimum Equity Standard requirement as set forth in this Section 7.4 shall apply only for delivery years for which Construction Activities have been performed up through the Date of First Operation, but the Prevailing Wage Act requirements pursuant to Section 7.2 shall apply for Construction Activities through the Term of this Agreement.

  • The Parties shall work together to establish an irrevocable Standing Order for the Project for the automatic recurring transfer of RECs to Xxxxx’s account in PJM-EIS GATS or M-RETS: Seller, as transferor of the RECs, shall confirm the Standing Order request within the PJM-EIS GATS or M-RETS within thirty (30) days of: the Project’s Date of First Operation or August 1, 2023, whichever is later.

  • If Construction Activities have occurred or will occur on or after December 15, 2022, the Minimum Equity Standard shall apply to the Project through the Date of First Operation.

  • The Delivery Year Requirement, with respect to a Utility-Scale Wind Project where the Date of First Operation has occurred, shall be the quantity of RECs for a given Delivery Year equal to the multiplicative product of (a) the Delivery Year Allocation Factor and (b) the Maximum Contract Quantity.

  • For purposes of verification, Buyer and the IPA shall be granted read-only access of information for the Project by Seller within PJM Power Meter system or MISO Market Portal, as applicable, within thirty (30) days of: the Effective Date of this Agreement or the Date of First Operation, whichever is later; such data shall be treated and maintained as confidential and proprietary by the IPA and Buyer.

  • The Project is a new project such that the Date of First Operation of the Project as recorded by PJM-EIS GATS or M-RETS did not occur on or before June 1, 2017.

  • Seller represents and warrants to Buyer upon the Date of First Operation and on each Delivery Date through the expiry of the Delivery Term that all governmental and other authorizations, approvals, consents, notices and filings that are required to have been obtained or submitted by it with respect to performing this Agreement have been obtained or submitted and are in full force and effect and all conditions thereof have been complied with.

  • If the Date of First Operation of the Project as recorded by PJM-EIS GATS or M-RETS occurred prior to December 15, 2022, then the Minimum Equity Standard shall not apply.

Related to First Operation

  • In operation means engaged in activity related to the primary design function of the source.

  • Mining operation means any operations undertaken for the purpose of winning any mineral as defined in section 3 (d) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

  • Railway Operation means the construction and operation under this Agreement of the relevant Railway and associated access roads and Additional Infrastructure (if any) within the relevant Railway Corridor and of the associated Lateral Access Roads, in accordance with approved proposals;

  • Generation Operations Center means the location of Buyer’s real-time operations personnel.

  • Farming operation means raising, cultivating, propagating, fattening, grazing, or any other farming, livestock, or aquacultural operation.

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.

  • Mining Operations means obtaining or extracting any mineral by any mode or method or any purpose directly or indirectly connected therewith or incidental thereto, including—

  • Normal operation means all periods of operation except start-up and shutdown operations and maintenance of equipment;

  • Market Operations Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by or on behalf of a Market Participant to communicate and coordinate with the Office of the Interconnection in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.

  • Drilling operations means the drilling of a subsurface mineral extraction well and the injection, production, and completion operations ensuing from the drilling which require entry upon the surface estate, and includes subsurface mineral exploration activities.

  • Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.

  • Salvage operation means any business, trade or industry engaged in whole or in part in salvaging or reclaiming any product or material, including but not limited to metals, chemicals, shipping containers or drums.

  • Farm operation means any activity conducted solely or primarily for the production of one or more agricultural products or commodities, including timber, for sale or home use, and customarily producing such products or commodities in sufficient quantity to be capable of contributing materially to the operator's support.

  • Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) means the operating and participating agreement between the Parties constituting the Contractor that governs their operational activities, obligations and responsibilities under this Contract,

  • Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

  • Area of operation means an area coextensive with the territorial boundaries of the land acquired or

  • Branch operations means any business operations of a branch captive insurance company in this State.

  • tour operator means an organiser or retailer, other than the carrier, within the meaning of Article 2(2) and (3) of Directive 90/314/EEC;

  • co-operative means a co-operative registered in terms of section 7 of Cooperatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005)

  • Animal feeding operation (“AFO”) means a lot or facility (other than an aquatic animal production facility) where animals have been, are, or will be stabled or confined and fed or maintained for a total of 45 days or more in any 12-month period, and crops, vegetation, forage growth, or post-harvest residues are not sustained in the normal growing season over any portion of the lot or facility [40 CFR § 122.23(b)(1)].
