Operational Period means the period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with the date and time on which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.
Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;
Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;
Annual Operating Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11.
Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.
Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;
Operating Year means the calendar year commencing January 1st of each year (including the calendar year within which the Commencement Date occurs) during the Term.
Mining operation means any operations undertaken for the purpose of winning any mineral as defined in section 3 (d) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.
Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.
Normal operation means all periods of operation except start-up and shutdown operations and maintenance of equipment;
Operational Plan means a Forest Stewardship Plan, Woodlot Licence Plan, a Range Use Plan, or Range Stewardship Plan, as those terms are defined in provincial forest and range legislation;
In operation means engaged in activity related to the primary design function of the source.
Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:
Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;
Annual Work Plan and Budget means each annual work plan and budget (including related cash forecasts) for the implementation of the Project approved by the Association, referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and “Annual Work Plans and Budgets” means, collectively, all such plans and budgets.
Annual Period has the meaning stated in Section 4.3(e).
Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
Academy Financial Year means the year from 1st September to 31st August or such other period as the Secretary of State may from time to time specify by notice in writing to the Academy Trust;
Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series' assets with respect to the Class for the period involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees' fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series' statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series' "Annual Operating Expenses" for the Class do not include "acquired fund expenses", interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are "extraordinary" as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30). Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.
Exploration Operations means any operations carried out for or in connection with the exploration for minerals, and includes -
Annual Budget means the operating budget, including all planned capital expenditures, for the Property prepared by Borrower for the applicable Fiscal Year or other period.
Commence commercial operation means, with regard to a unit that serves a generator, to have begun to produce steam, gas, or other heated medium used to generate electricity for sale or use, including test generation subject to the following:
