Fiscal Sustainability Plan definition

Fiscal Sustainability Plan means a systematic management technique for utility systems that focuses on the long-term life cycle of the assets and their sustained performance, rather than on short-term, day-to-day aspects of the assets. This plan shall include the inventory and evaluation of assets, the certification of water and energy conservation implementation efforts, as well as a plan for the maintenance, repair and, if necessary, the replacement of assets, as well as the schedule to do so.
