Fitness Business definition

Fitness Business means the Company’s fitness segment, which is comprised of the Fitness division, which designs, manufactures, and markets cardiovascular fitness equipment and strength-training equipment and also includes the Company’s active recreation business, including billiards tables, accessories, and game room furniture.
Fitness Business means the business of engaging in the design, manufacture, promotion, distribution and sale of Fitness Products and services related thereto (including fitness clubs and educational programs) and other products, services, parts and accessories related thereto, and which products, services, parts and accessories may include in the future such as would generally be considered health and fitness products and services by members of the health and fitness industry and products, services, parts and accessories related thereto. Clothing, footwear, apparel and packs, bags or similar carrying items shall be included in the Fitness Business to the extent such items are associated with being worn or used in connection with the use, operation, maintenance or repair of a Fitness Product.
Fitness Business means all activities and operations of Sellers and their Affiliates primarily relating to the design, manufacture, promotion, distribution and sale of fitness products and services and other products, services, parts and accessories related thereto, which products, services, parts and accessories currently being designed, manufactured, promoted, distributed and sold by Schwinn and its affiliated companies are generally described on Schedule 1.1(b) hereto, and which products, services, parts and accessories may include in the future such as would generally be considered fitness products and services by members of the fitness industry and products, services, parts and accessories related thereto, but specifically excludes any or all of Sellers' business activities or operations relating to the Bicycle Business.

Related to Fitness Business

  • Cannabis business means any business activity involving cannabis, including but not limited to cultivating, transporting, distributing, manufacturing, compounding, converting, processing, preparing, storing, packaging, delivering, testing, dispensing, retailing and wholesaling of cannabis, of cannabis products or of ancillary products and accessories, whether or not carried on for gain or profit.
