Fixed Basket definition

Fixed Basket means any Basket that is subject to a fixed-dollar limit and (y) “Non-Fixed Basket” shall mean any Basket that is subject to compliance with a financial ratio or test (including Total Net Leverage Ratio) or based on a percentage of Consolidated EBITDA or total assets.
