Fixed Facilities definition

Fixed Facilities means the civil works, stations, buildings, trackwork, and all associated elements, including fixtures, grading, drainage, track bed, sub-ballast, trackway structures, track-support structures, grade separations, landscaping, fencing, traffic signals, and street lighting.
Fixed Facilities means and include all of Quicksilver’s and its Affiliates’ (including the Acquired Companies’) rights, titles and interests in and to those gas processing plants, treatment plants, dehydration units, gas gathering systems, pipelines, flowlines, buildings, injection facilities, saltwater disposal facilities, compression facilities, and other mid-stream assets located in the States of Michigan, Kentucky and Indiana, including, without limitation, those described on Exhibit A-4.
Fixed Facilities means those improvements described as such in the Project Scope and Expanded Output Specifications (which for clarity, includes the MSFs and the Tunnel), provided that this definition will be interpreted in accordance with the Ring Fencing Principle and the Timing Principle.

More Definitions of Fixed Facilities

Fixed Facilities means all elements of the Project that are to be constructed by the Design-Builder under the Design-Build Contract, including but not limited to the tunnel, stations, and all associated infrastructure, excluding the Operating System.
Fixed Facilities means all Evergreen Line buildings, including Stations, PPS, and VSF buildings and any other buildings related to the operations and maintenance of the Evergreen Line.

Related to Fixed Facilities

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Permitted Facility means a facility authorized by the general permit to discharge total nitrogen or

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Transit-oriented facility means a facility that houses a transit station in a manner that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Designated facility means (a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility which :

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—
