Fixed Income Investment definition

Fixed Income Investment means any security that pays a fixed rate of return and is not traded by Batterymarch on behalf of the Client Accounts (e.g., government, corporate and municipal bonds). Convertible securities are not considered Fixed Income Investments.
Fixed Income Investment has the meaning provided in Section 3.02.
Fixed Income Investment means any Bank Loan or Security that (i) provides a return in the form of fixed periodic payments and/or a return of a fixed principal amount at maturity, which return is fixed at the time of purchase of such security, and (ii) at the time of determination constitutes indebtedness of the issuer.

Related to Fixed Income Investment

  • Fixed Income Securities means Debt Securities created and issued by, inter alia, Central Government, State Government, Local Authorities, Municipal Corporations, PSUs, Public Companies, Private Companies, Bodies Corporate, Unincorporated SPVs and any other entities which may be recognized / permitted which yield a fixed or variable rate by way of interest, premium, discount or a combination of any of them.

  • Average Invested Assets means, for a specified period, the average of the aggregate book value of the assets of the Company invested, directly or indirectly, in Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments secured by real estate before reserves for depreciation or bad debts or other similar non-cash reserves, computed by taking the average of such values at the end of each month during such period.

  • Total Investment means the sum of the aggregate Capital Contributions made by a Member.
