Fixed Rate Component definition

Fixed Rate Component means the Fixed Rate Note.
Fixed Rate Component shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Fixed Rate Component means, individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, Component FXA, Component FXB, Component FXC, Component FXD, Component FXE, Component FXF and Component FXG.

Examples of Fixed Rate Component in a sentence

  • For the purposes of computing interest payable from time to time on the principal amount of the Loan and certain other computations set forth herein, the principal balance of the Floating Rate Component shall be divided into Components FLA-1 through FLG and the principal balance of the Fixed Rate Component shall be divided into Components FXA through FXG.

  • Debtor acknowledges that (i) Bank provides for a Fixed Rate upon the understanding that it apply to the Fixed Rate Component for the entire Interest Period, and (ii) Bank would not lend to Debtor without Debtor's express agreement to pay Bank the Interest Rate Adjustment Premium described above.

More Definitions of Fixed Rate Component

Fixed Rate Component means the portion of the Loan evidenced by or relating to the Fixed Rate Note.
Fixed Rate Component means amounts outstanding under this Note that bear interest at a Fixed Rate.
Fixed Rate Component means, individually or collectively as the context requires, each of Component A-1, Component A-2-FX, Component B, Component C and Component D.
Fixed Rate Component means any one of the foregoing.
Fixed Rate Component means any component of the moneys owing in respect of which we have agreed that the interest rate is fixed for an agreed period for the whole or part of the unpaid balance of that component.

Related to Fixed Rate Component

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Fixed Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Loan (other than a Eurodollar Competitive Loan), the fixed rate of interest per annum specified by the Lender making such Competitive Loan in its related Competitive Bid.

  • Fixed Rate Loans means Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market Loans (excluding Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)) or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Floating Rate Margin means 7.50 per cent. per annum.

  • Fixed Rate Term means a period commencing on a Business Day and continuing for 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, as designated by Borrower, during which all or a portion of the outstanding principal balance of this Note bears interest determined in relation to LIBOR; provided however, that no Fixed Rate Term may be selected for a principal amount less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00); and provided further, that no Fixed Rate Term shall extend beyond the scheduled maturity date hereof. If any Fixed Rate Term would end on a day which is not a Business Day, then such Fixed Rate Term shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Fixed Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Fixed Rate Loans.

  • Index Rate means, for any day, a floating rate equal to the higher of (i) the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's 30 largest banks" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a base rate of the type described, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Fixed Rate Obligation Any Collateral Obligation that bears a fixed rate of interest.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).
